The Brotherhood Task Force of NWLA has provided services to the Northwest Region of Louisiana without any funding since 2000. One of my long time friends Victor Jackson saw how African Americans where being disproportionately affected by HIV, and needed a program to address the high number of black men testing positive. Thanks to his vision and the Philadelphia center they started the Task Force. We are currently seeking funds to help support our Comprehensive Risk Counseling and Services (CRCS). This program will allow Case Management services to underserved individuals and recently release inmates in our community. If you would like a HIV Testing Event/Presentation at your office, church, prison are small group please call us at 318-734-1483.
